Moz Community Etiquette Updated July 21, 2015 Moz wants marketers of all stripes to come together, learn, network, and share. We created this community space with the goal of expanding professional growth opportunities of all kinds for our community. We believe an explicit community etiquette is a great way to help us stay aligned with this goal and with our core values, TAGFEE. We value the participation of each member of the online marketing community and want everyone to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, everyone is expected to show respect and courtesy to others. This code of conduct applies to all Moz sponsored spaces, including our blogs, content, mailing lists, question and answer forums, private messages, personal profiles, company profiles, and more as well as any other spaces that Moz hosts, both online and off. Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of Moz.
This code of conduct is also part of the Moz Terms of Use, so please review those as well. Offensive, Provocative, and Defamatory Content All communication on the Moz sites should be appropriate for a professional community with people of many different backgrounds. Please be kind to others; do not insult them or put them down.
Do not use our site or tools to engage in personal attacks, defamation, harassment, spam, offensive content, inappropriately aggressive behavior, or any illegal activities. Moz is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of anyone in any form. Harassment includes:. Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion.
Unwelcome comments regarding a person's lifestyle choices and practices in the various forms of personal attacks, defamation, and harassment. Deliberate misgendering or use of 'dead' or rejected names. Gratuitous or off-topic sexual images or behavior in spaces where they're not appropriate. Inappropriately aggressive behavior or threats of violence. Incitement of violence towards any individual, including encouraging a person to commit suicide or to engage in self-harm. Deliberate intimidation.
Stalking or following. Harassing photography or recording, including logging online activity for harassment purposes.
Sustained disruption of discussion. Unwelcome sexual attention.
Continued one-on-one communication after requests to cease. Unwelcomed and unsolicited communication to community members about products and services. Ultimately, what constitutes harassment can be subjective and we reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to a User's account and to delete any content posted through it, without notice and at our discretion, if we deem it to be engaging in any of the behavior above. Content Ownership As discussed in the TOU, by posting or contributing content (including but not limited to YouMoz, Q&A, and blog comments), you are granting Moz a license to this content. Off-Topic Comments We cherish the sense of community, friendship, and humor frequently demonstrated in the off-topic comments. However, our goal is to provide highly relevant, professional content, and to help maintain the focus of the site, we may remove off-topic comments or comment sub-threads after three replies. We believe this is a solid compromise between our interest in providing highly relevant content and fostering a fun, friendly community.
Thumbs Please do not use thumbs for personal attacks, inappropriately aggressive behavior, or harassment. We may remove thumbs and accounts that engage in thumb abuse. We will not reward Moz Points, corresponding rewards, or blog post promotions to those who game and abuse the system, and this is entirely at our discretion. Account Responsibility If you have created a User account on a Moz site, you are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, even if content is posted by others who have access to your account. Please guard your account password diligently. Misrepresentation Please do not misrepresent yourself or take on the identity of someone else. If you believe that someone has misrepresented your identity on the site, please contact us.
Promotional Content We don't mind if you promote a business, product, or service if the promotional content is valuable for Moz community members and relevant to the discussion. However, whether promotional content is valuable to the community is entirely at our discretion, and we will remove any link we feel is not relevant to the discussion without notice. To be a valuable and credible member of the community, please visibly disclose any commercial relationship you have with the promoted business, product, or service, including (without limitation) reciprocal advertising agreements, conflicts of interest, or other non-consumer relationships. YOUmoz 24 Hour Look-Back Period We may remove a YouMoz post from our site upon the request of the author within the first 24 hours of publication at our discretion. We will not typically remove comments. Moz Content Disclaimer This disclaimer applies to all content in the Moz Blog, along with YouMoz, Q&A, and any other areas where users can submit or add content. Brave dwarves 2 full crack membrane. Moz provides information and advice based on our experience, and most content on Moz sites is based on opinions of the poster.
We will sometimes limit information that we believe to be false or misleading; the practices of online marketing are rarely an exact science and your results applying this information may vary. The Moz Blog, Q&A, and YouMoz are comprised of content from multiple authors. Authors may be Moz employees, guest bloggers, or community members like you.
While Moz reserves the right to review content on the Moz Blog and YouMoz, we do not typically review Q&A. We try to err on the side of publishing 'too much' rather than 'too little' material, and thus you may find content on the site that is based on unfounded opinions.
Since even bad ideas and inaccurate content can be valuable to add perspective, we tend to be liberal about leaving content on the Moz Blog, YouMoz, and Q&A. Our Q&A service is mostly run through community volunteers and users like you. Please be mindful that we don't review every question and answer, and you may not receive an answer to a question you ask at all.
If you have concerns, comments, or problems with any of the material you find on the Moz Blog or our site, please feel free to contact us. Ultimately, if you have concerns, comments, or problems with any of the material you find on the Moz Blog or our site, please feel free to contact us.

Buzzen Supported Room Service - Code of Conduct BSR (Buzzen Supported Rooms) is a Market in Buzzen which deals with permanent rooms (do not close).
They are known by their gold hammer in front of the room name. The difference between BSR Rooms and a Registered Room (with butterfly by name of room) is that they are merely a User Created Room Owned by a User. A Registered Room is created by a Market Manager and hosted by Buzzen Staff. A 'Thank You' is given when a donation in the amount of $50USD or greater is Paid to Buzzen. A 'Thank You' consists of support in your permanent room.
The re-assurance we will keep your room on the server 24/7. It also comes with Assistance from BSR Guides who will in fact change modes and give access to your room.
They will help you with abusive chatters if they are not removable by you and also to stop flooders in your room. By no means is this payment for that service or for a permanent room. Donations: Donation: (a voluntary gift (such as money, service(s) or ideas) made to some worthwhile cause). It is not a payment that can be refunded or returned.
It is a voluntary payment to help Buzzen give you a better chat experience. Buzzen reserves the right to dismiss any threat of legal action over a donation paid on these terms. BSR Staff Guidelines By no means is Buzzen responsible for the Owners, hosts, or users in a BSR Supported room. They are NOT Buzzen official rooms and we do not interject with the way they are run. We will however, enter and ban for COC issues as COC issues are Buzzen's responsibility to handle. We do not get involved in 'politics' in a room or room 'rules'. The Guides of BSR are not to ban anyone from a BSR Room unless they are returning in multiple nicks avoiding a ban.
